Terms of Service

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between HostedFly ("COMPANY") and the user who becomes a member via www.hostedfly.com and/or client.hostedfly.com ("MEMBER").

1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the terms of benefiting from the services offered through the COMPANY's website and customer panel, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Membership Conditions

• Membership becomes active upon the completion of the registration process by the MEMBER on the site and approval by the COMPANY.
• The MEMBER declares that the information provided during registration (Name, Surname, Phone, Address, ID No, etc.) is correct and up-to-date. The MEMBER is responsible for any damages arising from providing incorrect information.
• Persons under the age of 18 cannot become a member of the site and purchase services.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Account Security: The MEMBER is personally responsible for the security of their username and password. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. The COMPANY cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the account.
• Notifications: The COMPANY has the right to send technical notifications regarding services, invoice reminders, and campaigns to the MEMBER's registered e-mail address or phone number (SMS).
• Service Usage: The MEMBER undertakes to use the services offered by the COMPANY in accordance with the law and morality. Actions that threaten the security of the site or harm the system are prohibited.

4. Privacy and Personal Data

The COMPANY stores and processes the personal data of the MEMBER in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the conditions specified in the "Privacy Policy". By accepting this agreement, the MEMBER is deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination of Agreement and Cancellation of Membership

The COMPANY has the right to suspend or terminate the membership unilaterally in the following cases:

• The MEMBER acts contrary to the provisions of the agreement.
• Detection of illegal or prohibited activities (Spam, Attacks, etc.).
• Understanding that the registration information is fake.

The MEMBER may request the cancellation of their membership and deletion of their data at any time by creating a support ticket via the customer panel (excluding data that is legally required to be stored).

6. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

From the moment the MEMBER fills out and approves the registration form, they are deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this agreement.
