Cancellation & Refund Policy
At HostedFly IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the services you purchased, you may request a refund within the framework of the following conditions.
1. REFUNDABLE SERVICES (Hosting & Reseller)
Our Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans are covered by an unconditional money-back guarantee within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund by creating a support ticket within 7 days. Refunds are reflected on your payment card/account within 7-15 business days, depending on bank processing times.
1.1. PROMOTIONAL SERVICES AND FREE DOMAIN REFUNDS
The "Free Domain" promotion offered with annual or longer-term hosting purchases is valid only for the specific extensions (TLDs) outlined in the campaign details (e.g., .COM, .NET). The following procedure applies when a refund is requested for services purchased under this promotion:
- Due to international regulations (ICANN), domain names cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been registered.
- If a customer requests a refund for the hosting service within the 30-day guarantee period, the standard domain registration fee (which was initially covered by us as part of the promotion) will be deducted from the total refund amount based on the current list price.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
- The domain name, for which the fee has been deducted, remains the property of the customer until the registration period expires; the customer may continue to use the domain or transfer it to another registrar.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are strictly non-refundable as they are "one-time" and "irreversible" by nature:
- Domain Names: Per ICANN and TRABIS rules, domain registrations cannot be cancelled and fees cannot be refunded.
- Server Licenses: Software licenses such as cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed are activated instantly and cannot be refunded.
- SSL Certificates: Issued and approved certificates cannot be refunded.
- Virtual/Physical Servers: Due to setup costs, arbitrary refunds cannot be made unless there is a confirmed technical issue caused by our firm.
3. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
If you do not wish to renew your service in the next billing cycle, you can create a "Cancellation Request" at any time via the Client Area. Your service remains active until the paid period expires and is automatically terminated at the end of the term.
