BUYER (Customer):
The name, surname, and contact information provided by the customer during the order process will be taken as the basis.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the www.hostedfly.com website belonging to the SELLER.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY AND USAGE

3.1. The service subject to the contract is delivered (activated) instantly by the automation system for the BUYER's use following the completion of the payment.

3.2. The BUYER is obliged to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkiye and international agreements while using the service.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; "Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

• Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc.): Non-refundable.
